Empowerment

Empowerment, in real life

You are worth defending.

The mat taught me something I wish women heard much earlier: power isn’t about becoming fearless. It’s knowing where your boundaries are, trusting yourself enough to hold them, and building the kind of capability that changes the way you stand in a room.

This is where I write about self-defense, motherhood, repair, hard conversations, raising girls with voices of their own, and all the ways I’m still learning to choose presence over perfection.
